Who is behind BrickGuild Toys ?

My name is Matt Rich. I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. My earliest LEGO-related memory is receiving the 6024 Bandit Ambush set as a Christmas gift back in 1996. Since then, I have been completely hooked. During my teenage years, I was active on most of the old-school platforms such as LUGnet, Brickshelf, and MOCpages. I created BrickGuild after a ten-year dark age, mostly due to the lack of printed elements among certain themes such as Castle and other popular franchises. If you would like to get in touch, have any questions or would like to see WIP pictures or videos of my work, hit me up on Instagram

Where are you located ?

Matt is in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Larcielist is Texas, USA. 

When are you shipping my order ?

Since we run BrickGuild purely as a hobby and not as a main occupation, shipping can either be very quick or take a little more time than usual. That's why we have a handling time ranging from 2 business days up to 1 month for dispatching packages.

What shipping method are you using to send out orders ?

I'm sending every orders with Canada Post. Tracked package is mandatory to ensure we know the package is going from point A to point B. The prices you see quoted on the website are Canada Post's rates, not mine. I do not make money out of shipping fee. If you would like your order to be sent with a different type of service, feel free to message me and we'll figure it out. If you choose an untracked shipping method, you take the chance of having a lost package since we won't be able to track the package. At this point, if the package is lost, i can't do anything about it.

If you would like your package to be sent using any other courier service like DHL or UPS, simply checkout your order normally with regular shipping cost and message us so we can arrange it. 

What is the return policy ?

No returns or refunds possible. If your order is messed up in any way, please message us either via Instagram @brickguildtoys or at sales@brickguild.ca so i can make it great. 

About combining orders

We reserve the right to accept or refuse to combine orders.
We try our best to combine every orders if we see more than one open or unfulfilled order under the same customer profile. It happens that Shopify won't place multiple orders under the same customer profile for some reason even if the addresses, email or other informations are identical. 

For any orders placed with BrickGuild Toys, please use the code BGCOMBINE at checkout. This code will ensure to cancel the extra shipping charge if you have a current open order.

Similarly, when placing orders with Starlight Print Co., use the code SLCOMBINE.

You are only allowed to use this checkout code if you have an open order with one of both stores, that is, an order that was not shipped yet. Using these codes at checkout without an open order will result a permanent ban from ordering from both stores and we will not ship your order.
